Every Barugzai product is produced to exacting standards and inspected prior to dispatch. Our warranty and returns policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Barugzai products are covered against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship
Coverage does not extend to wear and tear or cosmetic damage after installation
Warranty terms begin from the date of delivery

Any warranty claim must be supported with proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by incorrect or unprofessional installation
Improper use, misuse, or modification
Damage resulting from accidents or environmental exposure
Products painted, modified, or altered prior to test fitting

Installation carried out by third parties is the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused and uninstalled
Returned in original packaging
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Products that have been test-fitted, installed, painted, or modified are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Made-to-order products
Custom or bespoke items
Products manufactured to customer specification

These items are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return or submit a warranty claim:

Contact our team with your order number
Provide a clear description of the issue
Include supporting images where applicable

All returns and claims must be authorised before items are sent back.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted

We strongly recommend inspecting all items upon delivery.
